GROWING UP TOO FAST

Well, today is a bitter sweet day.  By that I mean it is the first day of school and I am totally thrilled about that.  However, it is the first day of Ashleigh starting junior high.   7th grade already, she was only in second grade when we moved to Slidell.  Time is flying by way too fast.  In two years I will have a child in high school, but I can't think about that right now.  Also, Brennan is starting 1st grade.  Hopefully he will have a good year.  We met his teacher and she seems really patient (which she will have to be) lol.  Baby Trey will be starting big boy school in October when he turns 2, should be interesting.  We went to meet & greet for his school on Friday.  He was shy at first but after about ten minutes he started playing with some puzzles then went and sat  by two little girls and watched them play.  He will be the youngest in the class, but he is very smart he will do just fine.  Will write some  more tomorrow about how today went for them.

SOME DAY MY "ROBERTO" WILL COME

Yes, this post is in response to The Bachelorette, yes I will admit I do watch this cheesy show.  How awesome would it be to be on a show and have your pick of 25 guys(some hot and some not) and be able to go on these fabulous dates all over the world to all these different exotic places.  In reality this will never happen to most of us.  What are the chances of us single women finding a beautiful man inside and out like him.  Yes, I am afraid the single life sucks and I think I am destined to be single forever...lol.  Anyway, I know I am sounding a little bitter right now but, us women can trust no man.  Right now I am just going to focus on myself and my kids and I know things will fall into place eventually.

Bored as HELL

Today is the beginning of this blog starting stuff...  I have no idea what I am doing, but I am at work bored out of my mind.   Only four hours left to go then heading to a  wine and cheese party for The Bachelorette finale.  Should be fun, at least the wine, cheese and hanging with friends part.  Then back to work tomorrow for more boredom.  That's all for now.
